Sally Bear (10% of proceeds goes to Wild Animal Sanctuary)

Description

In Changemakers, students developed a half dozen products inspired by Sally, an abused black bear who was rescued by The Wild Animal Sanctuary and adopted by Aspen Academy through the sanctuary’s adoption program. This product, Sally,  was fully assembled by students.

Through this work, students are learning that entrepreneurship can create both profit and purpose. By donating 10% of all proceeds back to The Wild Animal Sanctuary, students are able to build a successful venture while staying socially minded.
